Fostering well-being through practice and community
For Teachers & Students
Class and Event Schedule
Yoga Teacher Trainings
We offer 200- and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs in both immersion and hybrid formats. Graduates of our programs emerge ready to lead powerful vinyasa yoga classes and meditation for students of all levels in a variety of settings. While many of our graduates end up teaching in studios, many others bring their skills into other settings, teaching in schools, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, community spaces, and other areas. All are welcome who are committed to learning and to creating a safe space for growth.
Yoga & Exploration Retreats
We love exploration, discovery, and hospitality. Our yoga & exploration retreats are structured intentionally to leave travelers feeling connected, inspired, and rejuvenated. Every trip is unique. We put thought and care into selecting our destinations, accommodations, and activities so you don’t have to. The trips we plan would be nothing without our communities. We use an application process to identify opportunities to deepen connections between folks with similar goals, interests, and values.
Our retreats are designed in alignment with sustainable hospitality best practices. We do what we can to take responsibility for our impact. We prioritize eco-friendly accommodations, low-to-zero-waste activities, and connection with and contribution to local communities. The investment for every retreat includes carbon offsets to mitigate the impact of our explorer’s travels.
For Studios
Workshops
We provide workshops on a variety of topics for current yoga teachers and students. All workshops can be taught at a variety of levels. Some of our workshop offerings include:
Trauma-informed practices for yoga teachers
Cultivating a meditation practice
Creative vinyasa sequencing
Inversions, arm balances, and handstands
Back bending for a healthy spine
Team Development
The practice of yoga is an ever-evolving practice that necessitates continuing education. We partner with studios looking to uplevel their classes by providing curated team development programming.
All teachers who complete Cliff team development are eligible for Continuing Education credit on Yoga Alliance.
Host a Training
Bringing in an outside team to lead Yoga Teacher Training at your studio creates a container for your students. We work with you to develop a schedule and format that will bring new energy to the studio while creating a safe space for students to learn and grow in their teaching. Host a 200-hour YTT and welcome new students to your studio, or host a 300-hour YTT and give your team the opportunity to take their teaching to the next level.
